Products and information before purchase
Product pages show the reference, available options, features, photos and tax-inclusive price. Check dimensions, compatibility and installation requirements before ordering.
Availability is checked before confirmation. Internal stock quantities are not published. Any advertised reduction must be supported by actual HOME CONFORT price history.
Heating appliances may require installation by a qualified professional. Installation and commissioning are not automatically included. Applicable free take-back of electrical equipment is described in the Old appliance take-back section.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices are in euros including tax. The amount payable is the confirmed order summary total; stated delivery charges are €0 for served countries. A single VAT rate is not inferred from the company VAT number.
Choose a product and options, add it to the basket, then check quantities and total. You can correct your choices before providing contact and delivery details. Accepting the terms, acknowledging the privacy policy and confirming the displayed delivery amount are required before confirmation. By clicking “Place order with obligation to pay” or “Order and pay”, you confirm your order and your obligation to pay the displayed amount. The website does not initiate a bank transfer; you make the payment through your bank.
The transfer and reservation period is 72 hours, according to the deadline shown in the order. Payment must be reconciled before confirmation. An uploaded transfer proof does not confirm received funds. Without confirmed payment at the deadline, the pending order expires and its reservation is released. Recording an order does not cause dispatch.
The PDF associated with your order summarises the items and amounts. Whether titled quote or order summary, it does not replace order confirmation and is neither an invoice nor proof of received payment. Preparation and dispatch remain subject to actual receipt of payment.
Delivery
HOME CONFORT states free delivery in France, Belgium and Germany in 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are dispatched from France, from this address: Rue Aristote, Mont de Terre, Fives, 59000 Lille, France.
The stated overall delivery period includes 1 to 2 business days for preparation after payment confirmation, followed by 2 to 5 business days for transport. Business days are Monday to Friday. The cut-off time is 2 p.m., Paris time (Europe/Paris). Contact HOME CONFORT with access details to arrange receipt of a bulky item.
Access, unloading and handover arrangements for pallets, furniture and bulky appliances will be specified before purchase. Heating appliances may require installation by a qualified professional. Installation and commissioning are not automatically included. Applicable free take-back of electrical equipment is described in the Old appliance take-back section. HOME CONFORT offers free returns within 14 days. See Returns & withdrawal for the arrangements.
France · guarantees and complaints
In France, goods have a two-year statutory conformity guarantee from delivery. For new goods, a defect appearing during that period is presumed to have existed at delivery, subject to legal exceptions. Contact HOME CONFORT as the seller.
Repair or replacement is free, including necessary transport, within thirty days of the request and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction or termination is available in the cases provided by law, including failed or refused conformity remedies.
Conformity repairs extend the guarantee by six months. Where the seller imposes replacement instead of a chosen repair, the replacement has a new two-year period. Hidden-defect claims are available within two years of discovering the defect, subject to statutory proof requirements.
These rights are separate from a manufacturer’s commercial warranty and the 14-day withdrawal period. Goods with digital elements are also subject to specific supply and update rules.
Belgium · guarantees and complaints
New goods sold to a consumer have a two-year legal guarantee from delivery. The presumption that the defect existed at delivery covers those two years, subject to statutory exceptions. The seller handles free repair or replacement; other remedies depend on the statutory conditions.
The complaints service and competent alternative dispute resolution arrangements must be specified according to the seller’s establishment and the dispute.
Germany · guarantees and complaints
For ordinary movable goods, statutory defect claims generally have a two-year limitation period from delivery. The presumption of a defect at delivery generally applies for one year; digital elements may be subject to specific rules.
These rights against the seller are separate from an optional manufacturer’s guarantee. Extensions after repair and special cases, including goods used in a building, require assessment. Information about participation in dispute resolution remains to be determined under the VSBG.
Complaints and amicable resolution
For questions, complaints or after-sales assistance, write to HOME CONFORT at the correspondence address in the legal notice with your order reference and request. Email and telephone details appear on the Contact page and in the legal notice.
An amicable solution will be sought. Mediation is explained in the following section and is separate from initial complaint handling.
Consumer mediation
After a prior written complaint to HOME CONFORT remains unresolved, consumers may request free mediation from HOME CONFORT’s competent consumer mediator. Costs of an adviser or expert chosen by the consumer remain subject to applicable rules.
Apply no later than one year after the written complaint to HOME CONFORT, subject to other statutory admissibility conditions. Include the complaint, any reply and supporting documents. The mediator assesses admissibility and explains the procedure.
Mediation is voluntary. It is not a compulsory prerequisite to court proceedings and does not remove mandatory protections or applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.

Returns and consumer protection
Change-of-mind returns are free when notified within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification unless HOME CONFORT offers collection. The Returns & withdrawal page explains costs, methods, refund deadlines and online withdrawal.
Mandatory consumer protections, including those of the country of residence, remain applicable. Mediation is voluntary and no exclusive court jurisdiction is imposed. Official statutory guarantee information is linked in this page’s sources.

Old appliance take-back
When you buy electrical or electronic equipment, HOME CONFORT takes back an old appliance of equivalent type and function free of charge at delivery, up to the number of appliances purchased, regardless of brand. This service is available for deliveries in France, Belgium and Germany.
Select the quantity to collect in your order. If you did not make this choice, contact HOME CONFORT to arrange take-back before delivery; this optional choice does not remove your rights. Empty the appliance and have it safely unplugged or disconnected; erase personal data where relevant. Report access difficulties or particular risks so appropriate collection can be arranged. Take-back is not an installation or dismantling service for your installation.
Arrangements for other products, including furniture and heating appliances, depend on their category. Contact HOME CONFORT for details before purchase; applicable legal take-back rights are not excluded.
