Delivery
Free delivery in France, Belgium and Germany.
Your appliances are delivered by our own carrier in 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are dispatched from France, from this address: Rue Aristote, Mont de Terre, Fives, 59000 Lille, France. The overall delivery period includes 1 to 2 business days for preparation after payment confirmation, followed by 2 to 5 business days for transport.
Business days are Monday to Friday. The cut-off time is 2 p.m., Paris time (Europe/Paris).
Delivery is free in France, Belgium and Germany.
For furniture and bulky appliances, share access details to arrange delivery with HOME CONFORT.
Returns are free for withdrawal notified within 14 days of receipt. See Returns & withdrawal for the address and return arrangements.
Free take-back of your old appliance
When you buy electrical or electronic equipment, HOME CONFORT takes back an old appliance of equivalent type and function free of charge at delivery, up to the number of appliances purchased, regardless of brand. This service is available for deliveries in France, Belgium and Germany.
Select the quantity to collect in your order. If you did not make this choice, contact HOME CONFORT to arrange take-back before delivery; this optional choice does not remove your rights. Empty the appliance and have it safely unplugged or disconnected; erase personal data where relevant. Report access difficulties or particular risks so appropriate collection can be arranged. Take-back is not an installation or dismantling service for your installation.
Arrangements for other products, including furniture and heating appliances, depend on their category. Contact HOME CONFORT for details before purchase; applicable legal take-back rights are not excluded.
