Data collected in the shop
The catalogue can be browsed without an account. To prepare your quote and file, the site collects your name, email, delivery address, postcode, city and country, items/options/quantities, total and payment choice. The telephone number is optional and used to follow up your request or arrange delivery. Required fields are marked; without them the file cannot be recorded.
Terms acceptance and acknowledgement of this policy are recorded with their date and the version of the texts presented. The privacy checkbox confirms that you received this information; it does not consent to advertising or processing unrelated to your request.
Order contact details, commercial documents and any transfer proof are encrypted and stored privately. The basket and access to your order use the session. The site does not collect full card numbers.
Technical logs may contain IP address, browser, pages and access dates. Catalogue searches appear in URLs. With your consent, HOME CONFORT uses Google Analytics to measure visits and purchases that have actually been paid. Browser identifiers, viewed pages and purchase amounts are sent to Google. No name, email or banking details are sent. You can refuse or withdraw consent here at any time without affecting purchases. Your choice is remembered for 180 days. Advertising personalisation remains disabled.
PDF quotes and emails relating to your request
When the sending service is enabled and available, confirming your basket allows a PDF quote to be prepared with your contact details, selected items, quantities and amounts. It uses the email address you supplied. The quote and acknowledgement respond to your request; receiving them confirms neither collected payment nor dispatch of goods.
Preparing and sending the quote serves the pre-contractual steps you request. Information needed for an accepted order then serves its performance. These exchanges do not subscribe you to a newsletter. The sending status in your private file shows submission to the email service when confirmed; it does not prove arrival in your inbox.
Private conversations and replies
When HOME CONFORT messaging is available, your name and question are required to open a file; email is optional. Contact details and messages are encrypted in the database and accessible to authorised staff and the customer through their session or reference and private code. They serve the requested pre-contractual or contractual assistance and do not subscribe you to marketing.
Replies can be read in your private file. Messages are retained to handle your request and any claims.
Internal navigation counters
When enabled, the site counts page, product and basket views, basket additions and checkout openings per day. These aggregates retain no IP address, visitor identifier, URL parameters or browser information and cannot reconstruct individual journeys. No additional measurement cookie or advertising export is added. Technical logs remain separate.
The dashboard separately displays events needed to manage orders, payments, messages and returns. Configuring Google or Meta report access does not publish a storefront tag. Conditions and retention for any future measurement must be checked before activation.
Withdrawal declarations
The withdrawal form collects your name, contract identification and any contact details supplied. Confirmation sends the acknowledgement directly as a download. Email, phone and logistics details are not required. The declaration and timestamp are encrypted in private storage; the form does not automatically send data to a carrier.
Address suggestions
Suggestions for France send the address field text to IGN; for Belgium and Germany, the text, selected country and page language are sent to Photon (OpenStreetMap data) to suggest a street, postcode and city. This search does not send your name or email. You can turn suggestions off, use the search button or enter the details manually. The site does not keep a history of these searches.
Data use and retention
Quote preparation, order management, tracking, returns and payment reconciliation serve the contract or requested pre-contractual measures. Applicable accounting and tax duties rest on legal obligations. Protecting the service and preventing unauthorised access serve HOME CONFORT’s legitimate interests, subject to individuals’ rights.
Quote, order, message, return and supporting document data is retained to handle the file, then in accordance with applicable duties and limitation periods. Specific periods or their criteria for each processing activity, deletion and backup arrangements must still be documented before commercial publication. Expiring a reservation after 72 hours does not automatically delete the customer file.
This policy does not activate marketing registration, campaigns or customer accounts. Future consent-based marketing requires a separate optional choice that can be withdrawn; accepting terms or acknowledging this policy is not advertising consent.
Recipients and external services
Data is intended for authorised HOME CONFORT personnel to handle quotes, orders, deliveries, returns and assistance enquiries.
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting may process connection data and data needed for orders on behalf of HOME CONFORT. With your measurement consent, Google also provides Analytics. Processing locations, subprocessors and transfer safeguards must be checked in the applicable contracts; European collection alone does not guarantee that no transfer outside the EEA occurs.
Address search uses IGN for France and Photon for Belgium and Germany, as described in the dedicated section. WhatsApp links open your messaging application; you write and send your own message.
Your rights
Depending on processing and legal basis, GDPR provides rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights have limits, including statutory retention duties.
To exercise your rights, send your request to HOME CONFORT using the email details on the Contact page or by post to its registered office. A reply must be provided within one month of receipt. This may be extended by two months due to the complexity or number of requests; you must then be informed of the extension and its reasons within the first month. Where there is reasonable doubt about your identity, only information needed to confirm it may be requested.
You may complain to the CNIL or a competent authority in your place of residence.

- HOME CONFORT
Rue Aristote, Mont de Terre, Fives, 59000 Lille, France
France
CNIL is the French data protection authority. Information for individuals and tracker choices must reflect the processing actually performed.
Belgium
The Data Protection Authority is the Belgian authority. GDPR also applies to Belgian users’ data; local cookie rules must be considered.
Germany
The competent German supervisory authority depends in particular on the federal state and organisation concerned. It will not be assigned to HOME CONFORT without knowing its establishment. The TDDDG additionally regulates storing and accessing information on devices.
WhatsApp and SMS
Email, the HOME CONFORT phone number, and WhatsApp or SMS links open the associated application at your initiative; the HOME CONFORT phone number opens WhatsApp. The website does not transmit the content of your message or send a message on your behalf. When you open WhatsApp, Meta processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Audience measurement
With your consent, HOME CONFORT uses Google Analytics to measure visits and purchases that have actually been paid. Browser identifiers, viewed pages and purchase amounts are sent to Google. No name, email or banking details are sent. You can refuse or withdraw consent here at any time without affecting purchases. Your choice is remembered for 180 days. Advertising personalisation remains disabled.
Google receives measurement data: a browsing identifier, public pages visited and, while consent remains valid, a technical reference, items, amount and currency of purchases actually received. Google Ads click identifiers present in the URL are sent after consent for attribution. Private order and tracking pages, names, emails and bank details are not exported.
The cookies _ga and _ga_<stream identifier> are set only after your agreement to distinguish visits and store Analytics session state. Expiration is configured to 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit. The technical cookie homya_analytics_choice stores your acceptance or refusal for 180 days. Withdrawal disables measurement, clears accessible Analytics cookies on this domain and prevents later sending of purchases linked to that consent.
Cookie and consent-choice lifetimes differ from event retention at Google. Event retention depends on GA4 property settings and report categories; the actual setting remains to be verified. Withdrawal stops future collection and does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Contact HOME CONFORT to request erasure.
